The shot of the car jumping from the cliff was made with live-action footage and replaced by the 3d scanned CGI car.
The crash scene was created by the 3d scanned car and the whole bunch of frame by frame paint jobs.
Repositioning the accelerator and brake pedals in post-production due to the lack of space in the set car. Plus a fully 3D projection shot that's made by a single photo!
